Klorofeel Foundation uses the Text Books, Work Books and Supplementary Reading Materials published and distributed by the Government of Odisha to the School Children.
Klorofeel Foundations develops Annual Academic Calendar (AAC) for each curricular subject, for use in the Learning Centres, following all the Holidays, Examination days, Celebration days and Examination schedules, announced by the School and Mass Education Department of the Government of Odisha. Saathis strictly follow the subject-wise AACs, developed at the beginning of the Academic year. The Academic Calendar has the provision of time for making the children competition ready (for entrance to Navodaya School, Eklavya School and Adarsh Vidyalaya).
Serious effort is made to ensure timely availability of all the text books, work books and other reading materials to the children of the Learning Centres.
Daily Time-Table for ‘Outside School Intervention’ during ‘Before-School hours’ and ‘After-School hours’ are prepared and its adherence is monitored by the supervisors of Saathis. Saathis are regularly trained on different topics of each curricular subjects.
