Going to centre has always been a uplifting task, like the driving itself on this stretch in the cosy monsoon acts like a dopamine and then we have our super cool children.
After I reached we started with a few basic exercises like hopping, jumping, kicking and a few taekwondo moves.
Then we practised hoping and jumping exercises to strengthen their number sense of before and after. They enjoyed and used to get wobbled up too.
After which we talked a bit about plastic and showed them the upcycled bags from the wrappers and they were pretty much liked it. And they liked how our classes went off!
